About the Role

Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Team Leader in our Broadstreet Supported Living Service in Coventry.

The Supported living service supports 19 males and females with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) and

Mild Learning disabilities in their own apartment.

We provide support for daily living skills and help support with socialisation. providing specialised person centred

support. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific

needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life.
