Team Leader-Children and Adult Care Services

About the Role

LOVE@Care are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our Glasgow Children’s, Residential and

Adult Services Team and work closely with the Service Manager in promoting a caring environment for service users

through high standards of professional practice which are conducive to the physical, emotional, and social needs of the

service users.

You will lead and supervise a team of Assistant Project Workers / Project Workers / Care Support Workers - managing the

delivery of care and preparing detailed care plans and ensuring that they meet the individual needs of the service
