Team Leader - Children and Adult's Services

About the Role

LOVE@Care are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our Children and Adult's Services Team and

work closely with the Service Managers in promoting a caring environment for service users through high standards of

professional practice which are conducive to the physical, emotional, and social needs of the service users.

You will lead and supervise a team of Assistant Project Workers / Care Support Workers - managing the delivery of care

and preparing detailed care plans and ensuring that they meet the individual needs of the service users.
