About the Role
Band 7 Team Leader
The vacancy is for Team Leader - Brentwood CMHT based at Brentwood Resource Centre.
It is a Multi-Disciplinary Team , providing initial assessments for patients referred to the Secondary Mental Health
Service, as well as care coordination for service users suffering from severe and enduring mental health problems. The
Team works closely and in partnership with a number of other agencies.
The post holder will work in collaboration with the Team Manager to ensure the highest standards of practice and service
