About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage two of our mental health services in the Northenden
area. The role will require working flexibly to support and enable people with Mental Health needs and physical health
problems to live full lives in their local community, whilst monitoring and maintaining their health and well-being. You
will be at the centre of achieving the best possible outcomes for our Tenants and being part of a dynamic effective Team
across our two services.
You will develop professional relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and with the family members of the people
