About the Role

Join the Emergency Department as a Team Leader, where you'll enhance patient care for those with acute illnesses or injuries. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support operational demands, and participate in staff management and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 24-hour nursing care for patients.
• Participate in triage, resuscitation, and trauma care.
• Support staff rostering and skill mix management.
• Act as a deputy in the absence of Nurse Team Managers.
• Ensure effective communication with paramedical services.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
