About the Role
Right at Home Sefton is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee and mentor our Care Assistants. This full-time role involves ensuring high-quality care for vulnerable adults, including those with dementia.
Responsibilities
- Support and mentor Care Assistants daily.
- Conduct introductions for new Care Assistants.
- Liaise with management regarding staff and client concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in client assessments and care planning.
- Manage on-call telephone support service.
- Build relationships with clients and families.
Requirements
- QCF level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum two years’ experience in health and social care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car.
- Good IT literacy for digital care plans.
