Team Leader - Full Time (Drivers ONLY)

About the Role

Right at Home Sefton is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee and mentor our Care Assistants. This full-time role involves ensuring high-quality care for vulnerable adults, including those with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor Care Assistants daily.
• Conduct introductions for new Care Assistants.
• Liaise with management regarding staff and client concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in client assessments and care planning.
• Manage on-call telephone support service.
• Build relationships with clients and families.

Requirements

• QCF level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum two years’ experience in health and social care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car.
• Good IT literacy for digital care plans.
