Team Leader- Glasgow Children's Support Services

About the Role

LOVE@Care are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our Children's Services Team and work

closely with the Service Manager in promoting a caring environment for service users through high standards of

professional practice which are conducive to the physical, emotional, and social needs of the service users. You will

lead and supervise a team of Assistant Project Workers / Project Workers - managing the delivery of care and preparing

detailed care plans and ensuring that they meet the individual needs of the service users.,

* Supervision support and training updates throughout the year on our E-Learning Platform.
