About the Role
Job Purpose
The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the
residential service. The role involves leading staff on shift, ensuring high standards of person-centred care for
individuals with mental health needs, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation including care plans, risk
assessments, and related records.
