About the Role
Lifeways Group is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to oversee our Supported Living Service in Lincoln. This full-time role offers an opportunity for experienced Support Workers to advance their careers while providing high-quality, person-centered care to adults with learning disabilities and other conditions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care
- Support recruitment and staff development
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and service users
- Maintain accurate records using digital systems
Requirements
- NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker
- Strong track record in support work
- Desire for professional growth and development
