About the Role

Ensure all accidents and incidents are reported to the appropriate manager and recorded through the InPhase reporting

system, in line with Trust procedures for risk management. Maintain and share uptodate knowledge of research relevant to

emergency care. Take responsibility for regular cleaning of equipment, reporting faults to the shift manager, and

removing defective items from use. This includes participating in daily checks and cleaning of equipment and drugs as

outlined in the department quality book. Ensure the safe storage of patients valuables and property while in the A&E

department, following Trust policy. All registered healthcare professionals, including nurses, must comply with
