About the Role

The post holder will work as part of the multidisciplinary team, delivering high‑quality care to patients presenting

with acute illness or injury in the Emergency Department, in line with their scope of practice.

They will also participate in a structured training programme to develop the skills and competencies required to

undertake the role of an Emergency Department Nurse.

Promote effective communication skills to help overcome language or comprehension barriers when discussing complex or

sensitive issues related to diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment with patients and their relatives. Communicate clearly
