About the Role

Are you an organised and motivated leader with a passion for supporting teams to deliver excellent patient care? We have

an exciting opportunity for you to join our Outpatients Department as a Team Leader, where you’ll play a key role in

ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our administrative services.

In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of Booking Clerks and Administrators, managing the day-to-day operations of

the service — including rostering, workload management, and performance discussions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring

that your team provides a professional, patient-focused service that reflects the Trust’s values.
