About the Role

expertise with team management responsibilities. As a key figure within the department, the post holder will serve as a
role model, providing visible, accessible leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient
care.
This role involves senior-level responsibilities, including overseeing managerial duties within the assigned team while
also contributing to strategic initiatives at the departmental and organizational level.
