About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience as a Team Lead within a community rehab team. This vacancy is in the

Hounslow Community Rehab Teams, based close to Hounslow Central tube.

These are exciting times for community rehabilitation services and we would welcome applications from those who would

like to be part of this journey. What we are looking for are highly motivated and enthusiastic clinicians with a passion

for psychosocial rehabilitation who are excited by service development. The successful applicant will be supported by
