We are seeking a dynamic Public Health Nurse Team Leader preferably with School Nursing experience to join our growing

service and play a central role in leading high-quality, community-focused care.

The post holder will lead and manage a 0-19 public health nursing team within Croydon Health Services Trust Integrated

Women, Children and Sexual Health Directorate.

There are three 0 to 19 Teams within the London Borough of Croydon that are aligned to three geographical localities;
