Team Leader / Support Worker - TL01

About the Role

You will be a key part of our frontline support team, delivering high-quality care while taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the team. You’ll work closely with the Team Manager to provide effective leadership and hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Support with daily activities and meal planning.
• Accompany the young man on community outings.
• Develop life skills to boost confidence and independence.
• Provide companionship and encouragement daily.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being consistently.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
• Confidence in managing challenging behaviors.
• Strong organizational skills and task prioritization.
• Full Driver’s Licence required.

Location & Schedule

Full-time position based in Skelmersdale, with a 4-week rolling rota.
