About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Team Leader/Clinical Co-ordinator is responsible to the Community Mental Health Services Manager for managing and
leading a Single Point of Access Service in an Assessment Centre as part of the overall delivery of Mental Health
Services within the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust. These services are delivered 9.00am-8.00pm over 7 days a
week in both hospital and community environments and the post holder will be expected to work flexibly to ensure the
