About the Role

Job Purpose

The Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing care staff on shift to ensure the delivery of high-quality,

safe, and person-centred care to residents. The role combines hands-on care delivery with leadership responsibilities,

including shift management, staff supervision, medication oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and

organisational standards. The Team Leader plays a key role in promoting residents’ wellbeing, dignity, and independence

while supporting and developing the care team.
