About the Role

Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to drive innovative practices and maintain meaningful relationships for adopted children.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the recruitment and assessment team.
- Provide supervision and support to practice managers and social workers.
- Ensure compliance with practice standards and service KPIs.
- Collaborate with service manager to improve practices and policies.
- Maintain oversight of case auditing and monitoring.
Requirements
- Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in social care, particularly in adoption services.
- Knowledge of Adoption Regulations and legislative frameworks.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Commitment to a supportive culture for staff and families.
