As a Team Manager within Cheshire East Council’s Children with Disabilities Hub, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the

future of vulnerable children and their families. We’re looking for a confident, compassionate leader who can manage

Children with complex needs and disabilities, support a skilled team of family support workers, and provide support to a
