About the Role
Your new role
Southend City Council are looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Kinship experienced Fostering Team Manager. As the
new Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the work of the kinship and
fostering recruitment processes, ensuring that the recruitment, assessment, training and supervision of new foster
carers and kinship carers, meet the diverse care needs of children within Southend.
You will have a team of 2 Advanced Practitioners, Supervising Social Workers and Support Workers reporting into you
