About the Role

The post holder is responsible for providing strong operational leadership to a multidisciplinary clinical team within

the Mental Health Hub in Bexley. The role ensures the delivery of a high‑quality, efficient, and patient‑focused adult

mental health service, operating within available resources and in line with Trust values.

A central aspect of the role is ensuring that services are comprehensive, adaptable, and recovery‑focused, with

meaningful involvement of service users and carers embedded across the care pathway. The post holder ensures that
