Team Nurse (Wiltshire)

and support to children with life limiting and life threatening conditions.

Qualification requirements: Applicants for this role must have RSCN/RN (Child Branch) - Diploma or Degree, Registered

Learning Disability Nurse, RGN or RN Adult and have two years' post-qualification experience of working with children

with complex needs. You will be based at the Wiltshire Hospice and work across Wiltshire in the homes of the children we

look after.
