Tenancy Floating Support Worker

About the Role

Join Pobl Group as a Floating Support Worker in North Powys, where you'll provide essential tenancy support to customers in Newtown, Welshpool, and Machynlleth. This full-time role offers the chance to empower individuals to live independently while working within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Encourage customers to engage with their community.
• Provide housing-related support to maintain tenancies.
• Offer advice and information to customers.
• Complete administrative tasks, including risk assessments.
• Manage a caseload of customers with varying needs.
• Liaise with other agencies to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers with benefits and healthcare registration.

Requirements

• Knowledge of housing support and benefit systems.
• Strong organization and IT skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in handling difficult situations.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Location & Schedule
