Tenancy Support Worker

About the Role

Supporting Tenants works with young people who are either moving into their own homes, or who are currently at risk of

becoming homelessness due to the fact they are struggling to manage their current accommodation.

As a tenancy support worker, you will work as part of a team to provide intensive and structured one to one support to a

caseload of young people and young families using a strength-based approach to achieve the goal of sustaining their

accommodation.

The role involves developing the skills and confidence of young people and empowering them to achieve identified goals
