About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage key clinical and commercial relationships
- Engage with IV nurses, matrons, and consultants
- Grow existing accounts and develop new ones
- Conduct cold calls and close sales effectively
- Participate in full company and product training
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of B2B field sales experience
- Commercially aware and new business-focused
- Ability to cold call and close deals
- A degree is advantageous
- Medical sales experience is a plus

Compensation
Basic salary ranges from £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience, with uncapped commission starting at £23,000.
