About the Role
As Territory Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for urology and continence care teams across both hospital and community settings. This consultative sales role requires strong product knowledge and the ability to build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Educate clinical staff on product usage
- Provide high-quality in-field training
- Develop partnerships with NHS stakeholders
- Support private sector clinicians
- Drive sales growth in your territory
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or medical sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Clinically aware with commercial instincts
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel

Compensation
Basic Salary: £35,000-£45,000, plus bonuses up to £25,000 annually, paid quarterly.

Position based in North London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, and surrounding areas.
