About the Role

The Theatre Senior Lead within Theatre Services will work collaboratively with fellow leads to ensure the effective

operational management of designated areas within the Dorset County Hospital operating theatre service. This will

involve the appropriate deployment, delegation, coordination, and supervision of staff across all grades.

The post-holder will provide leadership and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based,

patient-centred care. Acting as a resource for other staff, they will utilise specialist knowledge and skills throughout

the department.
