About the Role

Provides clinical and operational leadership for theatres. Ensures safe and effective care/service delivery within

theatres by leading on safeguarding, infection prevention, patient flow, patient safety and governance.

Supports own teams to deliver high standards of care/service offering highly specialist advice and support to the wider

MDT both within and external to the organisation.

Advocates for patients/service users and their experience of services, ensuring that our services support patients'

needs and expectations and reduce health inequalities.
