A leading elective care hospital in Somerset is seeking a Theatre Practitioner (Scrub) to join their team. This role involves supporting a variety of surgeries in a modern theatre environment, ensuring high-quality pre-, peri-, and post-operative care. Responsibilities
- Assist in a range of surgical procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain sterile environments
- Provide pre- and post-operative care
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (Adult) or ODP with relevant registration
- Experience as a Scrub Practitioner at NHS Band 5 or higher
- Scrubbing experience across various specialties
- Orthopaedic scrub experience is desirable
