About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for individuals to join our friendly and professional team within the Operating
Theatre Department as a Theatre Support Worker. We cover several different specialities including General Surgery,
Orthopaedics, Gynae and Obstetrics, ENT, maxillofacial, Breast, Urology and Ophthalmic.
You will have or be willing to work towards completion of the Care Certificate & also must complete, within an 18-month
period, a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.This training if required will enable you to assist with the
preparation and cleanliness of the theatre environment for both surgery and anaesthetics, providing care to the patients
