Patient/customer care (both direct and indirect) Reception of patients when covering the role as receptionist Carry out
tasks in delivering and supporting indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Ensure efficient
administration of all aspects of patient admission to hospital is carried out in liaison with the senior nursing staff
in Endoscopy or Theatres. To ensure that patients receive written/verbal communication in advance of admission to
