Teambased in the Readingarea.The role is for37.5hours per week.

The teamsees patients for CommunityNeuro rehabilitation andon theEarlier Supported Discharge for Strokeservice.. We are

a well-respected team consisting ofPsychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Occupational

therapists, Stroke Rehab Nurses, Administrators and Therapy Assistants.

The role is community based and you will need to drive to patients’ houses and other community sites to deliver
