About the Role

The Community Neurorehabilitation team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Specialist Neuro Rehab Nurse,

Assistant Practitioners, and Admin. We provide assessment and rehabilitation to adults with neurological conditions

living within the community, including their homes and residential services.

As a Therapy Assistant, you will support Therapists to deliver services/ treatment with the aim of maximising patients

function, independence and well-being. The emphasis is on enabling patients to self-manage their condition and improve

confidence with daily activities.
