About the Role
The Community Falls and Fracture Liaison Service is are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our team
alongside our experienced Physiotherapy and Nursing staff.
As a Therapy Assistant, you will be required to assist our team in the delivery of treatment of patients, working in
their own homes or in residential settings. You will be working without direct supervision undertaking tasks delegated
by qualified staff and will be expected to take an active role in co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating individual
patient care.
