About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Therapy Assistant to join our Admission Avoidance Team, which is a multidisciplinary team

consisting of Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.

You will assist in the assessment, acute rehabilitation and discharge of patients under the care of the Admission

Avoidance Team's Therapists and Nurses, facilitating admission avoidance and discharge of medically optimised patients

from the Emergency Department and/or Acute Medical wards.

You must be an organised and motived individual who can work flexibly as part of a team and have previous experience of
