About the Role

The Countess of Brecknock Hospice provides outstanding palliative care for patients with life limiting illness. We

provide multiple services both within our Hospice building and out in our local community, with the aim to provide

holistic, patient centred care.

Part of our service includes our Day care service, running from the hospice on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Where up

to 10 patients can attend for the day, where they can expect a mixture of social and well being activities as well as

having clinical expertise on hand to provide assessment and symptom control, headed up by The Day Care Leader and
