About the Role

The Community Therapy team is a multidisciplinary team supporting community work and In-reach to bedded units.

It focuses on:

• Prioritising to see people in the community who are experiencing acute episodes of ill-health within a week if

required after therapy triage.

• Rehabilitation programmes for people to regain their independence through comprehensive exercise programme and

practice with the daily activities.
