Rehabilitation Assistant

There is an opportunity to join the Croydon Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team, as a Rehabilitation Assistant.

The successful candidate will work closely with Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy , Nursing and Speech and Language

therapy staff, to provide therapy at home, to people who have had a stroke. When you have the appropriate training and

skills, you will often be working alone without direct supervision of a Therapist, delivering therapy programmes, as
