Therapy Senior Support Worker

About the Role

The postholder will: Behave consistently with the values and beliefs of the organisation and promote these on a

day-to-day basis. Use their initiative and take responsibility for themselves and the quality of their work and the

service they provide to patients. Under the direction and supervision of a qualified Physiotherapist, work as part of

the Therapy Team. Liaise and work closely with team members in the assessment and intervention of individual patients,

to help patients to develop their interpersonal communications, cognitive skills, physical and functional abilities,

confidence and morale. Provide patient care following assessment of competencies by a qualified senior member of staff.
