About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Early Years Practitioner and SENCO to join our team. Working in a "third in charge" capacity you
will be responsible for ensuring our nursery is fully inclusive and meets the needs of all our children on the SEN
register. As part of the Senior Management team you will work across all three rooms in nursery to provide support to
Room Supervisors and their staff teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young
children. This role involves having a good working knowledge of the SEND code of practice and experience of working in a
