Third in Charge Wandsworth | Full Time | Up to £30,907 per year We are recruiting a Third in Charge for a busy,
well-established nursery in Wandsworth. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced childcare
professional who wants to support the smooth day-to-day running of a nursery while making a real difference in
children’s lives. What you’ll be doing: Create an environment that supports the individual needs of all children
Maintain systems to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of childcare practices Communicate effectively with
children, staff, parents, and carers Build positive and open relationships with your team Ensure nursery practices meet
