About the Role

• Participate in the triage of TVOS/Lymphoedema/Hub Dressing referrals and process within set Key Performance indicators

• Work as part of a team delivering patient centred, evidence based holistic care within the specialist area of tissue

viability, wound care and Lymphoedema.

• Work with primary, secondary care and nursing home staff and the multi-disciplinary team offering advice and

educational input

• Provide care provided in a variety of settings e.g. clinics, Wards, Hospice, Care Homes, Support Living and patients
