Trust. Lead and challenge clinical practice, driving improvements in patient services and quality for tissue viability.

Develop and implement best practice and research evidence to support nursing and enhance patient/carer experience. Act

as the professional lead for the Trust TV service and line manage the TV Clinical Matron. Advise senior Trust leaders on

compliance with statutory guidance and best practice for tissue viability. Contribute to the corporate nursing agenda
