About the Role Are you an experienced nurse leader with a passion for Tissue Viability (TV) and service improvement? We

are seeking a dynamic and visionary TV Lead Nurse to join our Clinical Specialist Services Care Group. This is a

trust-wide, full-time post, offering the opportunity to shape and lead the TV Service across the Royal Devon University

Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The post is available to start from 1st April 2026. Key Responsibilities Provide expert

leadership, workforce development and advice for the TV Service across the Trust. Lead and challenge clinical practice,
