About the Role
We are looking for an experienced RGN to become part of our Tissue Viability Team as a Band 6 Nurse. We cover West
Cheshire community settings taking referrals from the care community teams, practice nurses, GPs, and care homes. We are
looking for an enthusiastic nurse who has experience and knowledge in wound care and leg ulcer management and may have
completed a tissue viability module. Essential to have completed the Leg Ulcer Course and be confident in compression
bandaging. Experience within community district nursing would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the team leader but would also be required to work autonomously,
