An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic Tissue Viability
Service as a Band 7 Team Leader based at Falkirk Community Hospital.
The Tissue Viability Service is a specialist, nurse‑led service providing expert advice and support across NHS Forth
Valley. Closely aligned with the Practice Development Unit (PDU), the service plays a key role in promoting excellence
in wound care, clinical decision‑making, and staff education throughout the organisation.
