Tobacco Dependence Treatment Specialist
About the Role
To assess inpatients tobacco dependence, devise a treatment plan and ensure tobacco dependence care is given throughout
the inpatient stay and post-discharge To uphold and actively support the Trusts smoke-free status Ensure targets are met
To deliver a range of effective tobacco dependence services using ward-based and out patient clinic-based support and
provide telephone support for those smokers who are unable to attend face to face appointments. To manage a caseload of
clients independently and prioritise service user needs Develop expertise in effective treatment programmes for people
with a range of smoking related health conditions Plan and deliver a comprehensive and bespoke training programme to
