About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
Murray Falconer Ward is a 31-bed neurosurgical elective ward, providing care for patients with a wide range of
neurosurgical conditions. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated nurse to join our team as a Junior Sister as a
secondment for 12 months.
Our goal is to enhance patient experience by maintaining high standards of personalised, patient-centred care, with a
strong focus on efficient admissions and discharges to reduce hospital length of stay,
