About the Role

PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DUTIES OF THE ROLE. To provide assistance and support to the

Orthopaedic Surgeons, Registrars under direct guidance and/or supervision of the primary operative surgeon assisting in

the perioperative care of the patient in both adult and paediatric elective/trauma orthopaedic surgical procedures. To

work closely with the Orthopaedic/Theatre Team both Medical and Nursing to ensure the smooth running of the operating

list. To provide a continuously improving service reflecting the Directorate clinical governance framework and

identified patient journeys. To assist with co ordination of future operating lists.
